By accessing, downloading, installing, or using Kai Young's Google Sheets Addon for Question Level Analysis ("QLA", "the Service", "the Addon"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

QLA is a Google Sheets addon designed to provide advanced question level analysis for educators. The Service allows users to:
- Analyze assessment data at the question level
- Generate detailed reports and insights
- Transform raw assessment data into actionable educational insights
- Export and manipulate data within Google Sheets environment
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an educational institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that institution to these Terms.
4. License and Usage Rights
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QLA for your educational purposes. This license includes:
- Installation and use of the addon within Google Sheets
- Processing of your educational assessment data
- Generation of reports and analytics
Restrictions: You may not:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your license with unauthorized users
- Attempt to circumvent any security measures
5. Data Privacy and Security

9. Service Availability

- Temporarily suspend access for security reasons
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES
- WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SERVICE

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kai Young, hosti.me, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Service ends immediately
- You must cease all use of the addon
- Certain provisions will survive termination (e.g., intellectual property, limitation of liability)
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective:
- Immediately upon posting for non-material changes
- 30 days after notice for material changes
- Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
